COOL DRY COVERS
How do I install my Cool Dry Cover?
Installing your Cool Dry Cover is very simple but here are some tips you may find useful: 1) The seat cover should be positioned with the Cool Dry Cover embroidery facing forward, 2) the seat straps which go underneath the seat should be positioned to the outside of the seat hinges, 3) the backrest should be positioned to match the shape of your cart's backrest. For more permanent installations you can secure the cover underneath the seat hardware (armrests and seat hinges).
Can I order my Cool Dry Cover over the phone?

Do you have Cool Dry Covers for other carts?
If you don't see your model cart on the shop page, chances are that one of the models offered will fit yours. Not sure which? Feel free to give us a call or send an email with your cart's photo clearly showing the backrest shape and we can recommend the correct model. If it happens to not fit, we do offer a 30 day money-back guarantee.
If I own my own cart, how do I best attach my Cool Dry Cover?
In order to make the Cool Dry Cover as secure as possible you may want to secure the cover underneath existing seat hardware (arm rests and brackets). This only requires some basic tools and can be completed in a few minutes.
There is no room to fit the ties for my backrest cover behind my basket attachment- what can I do?
Some models of golf cart have a basket attachment which sits flush to the backrest. In order to secure your backrest cover this backrest must be removed. This is a simple job (approx 10 minutes) which can usually be accomplished alone with basic tools (screwdriver).
What is the warranty offered with my Cool Dry Cover?
Our warranty against manufacturer’s defect is 12 months. Note that this warranty does not extend to any product used outside of normal non-commercial use. Should you have a valid warranty claim, please send an email to email@example.com and include your name, date of purchase, model of cover, type of cart it is used on, the description of the problem and a relevant photo showing the defect. Upon examination, should your claim be determined valid, we will organize a replacement cover. Please note that any remaining period of the original 12 month warranty will now apply to the replacement unit.

What is the returns policy and warranty for Move Well Clothing?
Due to the personal nature of Move Well Clothing, for hygienic reasons we are only able to accept returns of unworn, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Shipping expense for returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Our warranty against manufacturer’s defect for Move Well Clothing is 6 months. Should you have a valid warranty claim, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, date of purchase, product in question and a description of the problem (include photo if possible). Upon examination, should your claim be determined valid, we will organize a replacement. Please note that any remaining period of the original 6 month warranty will now apply to the replacement product.
